SAMMARY |
SAMOL - The series of thermo cooler suits for almost every applications
in the fields of electronics, calibrations, controlling devices, testing
equipments as well as for anything which must be cooled, heated, or kept
at a constant temperature. The use of semi-conductor element makes the
device unmovable for ensuring longer life and higher reliability. A reliable
thermo-controller for use with the device can stabilize temperature to
+/- 0.5 deg.C. The compact yet powerful SAMOL will up the value of apparatus
to be cooled, and give the users a great satisfaction. |
PRINCIPLE |
SAMOL is the electronic thermo cooler which incorporates thermo module.
The thermo module is called Peltier-Element; the cooling ( heat transferring
) element making use of Peltier-Effect. The Peltier-Effect means that when
an electric current is switched on , the junction of a pair (or more) of
dissimilar conductors are cooled or heated, depending on the directions
of current. This thermo electronic principle was discovered by J.C.A. Peltier
in 1834. The SAMOL(patented) has been developed by our dedicated long term
Research and Development program. |
FEATURES |
The special fin(patented) allows the SAMOL designed compact yet powerful,The SAMOL consists of thermo module, fin and fan. Since movement is essentially confined to the fan assembly, the maintenance would be free from cares, except a simple fan replacement after every 30,000 - 50,000 operating hours depending on the operating conditions. The standard model can decrease approx. 30 deg.C from the ambient, and possible to make the special model which can decrease 50 deg.C Cooling capacity reaches approx. 40% of the input power.. The problems of condensation, vibration and noise are considerably reduced due to nonusing refrigerators. The SAMOL can be modified as a heater by changing direction of current. (cautious: of over-heating). |
KIND |
At present. the following are already developed: 2 kinds --- By radiative method 5 kinds --- By cooling method 3 kinds --- By cooling capacity Total 30 standard models are on the production line, so that can meet immediate requirements of the customers. The special order with specification different from the standard can be acceptable for the quantity from 1 to mass-production level.
